Approve Your Design
Please send us your logo or artwork in high-resolution formats (PDF, AI, or EPS). Kindly advise how you would like your artwork positioned — one side, two sides, three sides, or four positions.
Our experienced in-house design team will create a detailed digital mock-up, apply your branding, and carefully refine every element to match your requirements. We offer this professional design service—valued at AUD $100 + GST—completely free of charge. Our dedicated designer has over 21 years of experience, ensuring your product achieves a premium, polished, and professional finish that adds real value to your brand.
We will ensure you are completely satisfied with the design before proceeding to a physical sample bag or clothing for final approval.
Production Begins
Once you have approved the mock-up, we will arrange a physical sample bag or sample clothing for your final approval. The sample will clearly show the printing or embroidery details, as well as the overall product appearance.
If you require the physical sample to be sent to Australia via DHL for final approval, please allow an additional 10 working days. The cost is approximately AUD $80–$100, plus GST.
For larger clothing orders, we highly recommend this option to ensure everything meets your expectations before proceeding to mass production.
Production & Delivery
Lead times will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Our standard lead time for custom-made bags is approximately 8–9 weeks from sample approval. For urgent orders, production and delivery can be completed within 3–4 weeks.
For smaller orders of custom-made clothing, the lead time is typically around 3–4 weeks. We will always provide realistic and accurate lead times at the time of enquiry.
To minimise the risk of any logistics delays beyond our control, we recommend placing your order at least 1–2 weeks in advance.
